This is the HMI Screen for the latest system that I started up. It is a 950 GPH methanol dehydration column that recycles methanol in a biodiesel plant. Since this was a system that PESCO had built in 2005 and then resold to the current client I had to relearn SLC 500 PLC programming and RS View HMI programming. It was enjoyable but took some major time. All is well that ends well. Here is a sjot of the system running at about half speed during one of the operator training days.
