Project bases capabilities and qualifications with key engineering skills for plants around the globe.

I have been intimately involved with the design and manufacture of all of PESCO-BEAM’s used Motor Oil Re-refineries from 1995 to present. My involvement has included the following tasks and responsibilities.

  • I have worked with Luke Staengl on the initial concept of most of the proposed plants
  • I have worked alone and with others to develop the P and I Diagrams for each plant.
  • I have worked alone and with others to size Heat Exchangers, Process Vessels, Pumps, Piping and Skids to completely specify the PESCO-BEAM product: a modular skid mounted Motor Oil Recycling Re-refinery.
  • I have worked alone and with others to choose and procure the Process Instrumentation for each plant.
  • I have worked alone and with others to specify and program the PLC Based Control systems for each plant.
  • I have worked with PESCO-BEAM’s shop personnel both in Roanoke Virginia and at the Chennai India location to build the process equipment and skids for each plant.
  • I have supplied the process and emissions information to clients and their engineers so that they can obtain the proper local permits.
  • I have worked with PESCO-BEAM’s clients to develop workable site plans based on our system’s foot prints.

Following is a comprehensive list of the Motor Oil Re-refineries that I have been involved with. I have been present at the commissioning of all but 2 of these plants.
